ESL basically stands for English as a second
language. There are many people who avail the profession of teachers there by
mastering their speaking and writing skills in English so that they can teach
other students who do not know how to speak or write in English. In many
villages there are no provisions for students to learn English. So certain NGOs
take the initiative to teach the students English. The English teachers also
get posted in certain countries where the national language is not English but
the denizens out there are much inclined towards the subject. The English
teachers have to be good in their field. They are provided with proper training
in ESL. The people in this profession are never out of employment.
ESL training is provided to every single
individual who are trying to excel in this field. They are given proper
training after which they are required to clear certain exams in order to get
the license and the certificate where it would be mentioned that they are eligible
to train the other students. The ESL Training consists
of many courses which the students have to go through in order to clear the
exams. Every place you go these days you are required to know English so in
case you do not know this language or do not have a good grab of it then you
should learn it from the teachers so that you can sharpen your speaking skills.
